摘要
目的:研究黄芪注射液中多糖的测定方法和情况。方法:采用高效凝胶渗透色谱法,测定了246批黄芪注射液样品。色谱柱为TSK-GEL G4000PWXL(7.8mm×300mm);流动相为0.02%叠氮化钠溶液;流速为0.5mL·min-1;柱温40℃;示差折光检测器。结果:246批样品中多糖的重均分子量(Mw)在7684~108846之间,分子量分布宽度(Mw/Mn,Mn为数均分子量)在0.89~2.71之间。结论:该方法可用于黄芪注射液中多糖分子量及其分布的测定;测定结果可为黄芪注射液质量标准的提高提供依据。
Objective:To study the method of determination and profile of polysaccharides in Huangqi Zhusheye.Method: High performance gel permeation chromatography was used and total 246 samples were determined.The column was TSK-GEL G4000PWXL(7.8 mm×300 mm)and the mobile phase was 0.02% NaN3 with the flow rate of 0.5 mL·min^-1.The column temperature was 40 ℃ and RI detector was used.Result:The weight-average molecular weight(Mw)and molecular weight distribution(Mw/Mn,Mn:the number-average molecular weight)of all samples was 13315-108846 and 0.89~2.71 respectively.Conclusion:The method can be used for the determination of molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of polysaccharides in Huangqi Zhusheye.The data obtained is useful for the quality control of Huangqi Zhusheye.
