摘要 目的:建立超高效液相色谱同时测定12种激素的方法,对皮肤病、哮喘类中成药及保健品中掺杂该类成分进行快速鉴别。方法:以Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18色谱柱(1.7μm,2.1mm×50mm)分离,乙腈和水为流动相梯度洗脱,流速0.5mL·min-1。结果:12种激素完全分离。15批样品中有一批样品检出含有醋酸氟轻松。结论:该方法准确、快速、灵敏度高,可作为快速筛查皮肤病类和哮喘类中成药和保健品中是否非法添加这12种激素的筛子方法。 Objective:To establish a specific method for quickly identifying 12 hormones added illegally into traditional Chinese medicines and health products which cure skins-disease or asthma by UPLC.Methods:The separation is performed on an Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column(1.7 μm,2.1 mm ×50 mm) with gradient elution using water and acetonitrile,the flow rate was 0.5 mL·min^-1.Results:The peaks of 12 Hormones were completely separated.15 samples were tested and Fluocinonide was detected out in one sample.Conclusions:The method is accurate,sensitive and easy.It is proved that the method is simple,suitable to rapidly determine 12 hormones added illegally into traditional Chinese medicines and health products.
