摘要
军队院校科研质量直接影响部队战斗力的提高,而由于军队院校科研的独特性,使得其科研质量管理不能照搬企业和科研院所的经验。基于保持科研质量管理体系的有效运行,提高科研质量,结合海军航空工程学院青岛分院的具体措施,提出军队院校科研质量管理的模式和方法。
The improvement of army battle effectiveness is directly influenced by the quality of scientific research in army academy.Because of the characteristic of scientific research in army academy,it is not workable that the army academy use the experience of the scientific research quality management in corporation and graduate school.Based on Qingdao Branch,the paper gave the mode and way of the scientific research quality management in army academy after a careful study on the effectiveness of scientific research quality management and improvement of the quality of scientific research.
