摘要
针对普通单环路脉动热管加装储液器,采用可视化试验的研究方法,通过控制单环路脉动热管蒸发及冷凝段温度,进行了启动性能试验研究及传热性能计算.结果表明:普通单环路脉动热管在蒸发段缓慢受热的条件下无法启动,储液器的加装可有效提高其启动性能;稳定运行时改进型单环路脉动热管传热性能最佳;储液器结构仍需进一步优化,以满足负荷较高的应用场合.
Using visualization experiment as the research method,start-up performance test study and heat transfer performance calculation were carried out for the common single loop pulsating heat pipe with additional liquid receiver by controlling the temperatures at the evaporating and condensing sections of the single loop pulsating heat pipe.Results show that the common single loop pulsating heat pipe won't start-up under the condition of slow heating of the evaporating section.And adding liquid receiver can effectively improve the start-up performance.Under steady operation,the heat transfer performance of the improved single loop pulsating heat pipe is the best.Further optimization for the structure of the liquid receiver is needed to satisfy the application at high load.
