基于单耗理论的冷端水动力过程节能潜力分析 被引量:1

摘要 为保证循环水泵的优化运行,以达到整个冷端系统的最佳经济性,提出了管路系统功率特性的概念,并阐述了其实用意义.在此基础上,建立了单泵变速运行功率模型,并依据泵单耗理论推导出泵组的变速运行功率模型.以某300 MW机组为例,通过采用冷端系统最佳经济性模型获得了循环水泵的最优工况.结果表明:该方法在保证每个流量能耗最小的同时,还可确定最佳的泵台数、切换位置及优化调度的最优工况,达到各个工况整个冷端系统的最佳匹配. In order to secure optimal operation of circulating water pumps so as to acheive highest economical efficiencies of the whole cold-end system,a new concept of power characteristics was proposed for the pipeline system,while its practical significance described.On this basis,a power model for varying-speed operation of single pump was established,and hence the power model for pump groups derived according to unit consumption theory.Taking a 300 MW power unit as an example,an optimum working condition of its circulating water pump was obtained via the optimal-economy model of the cold-end system.Results show that via this method,when least energy consumption is kept for every flux,the appropriate number and location of pumps needing to be switched as well as the optimul working condition can simultaneously be determined,hence optimum matching of the whole cold-end system obtained under various working conditions.
