摘要
目的探讨国内社区卫生服务发展问题,并提出相应的对策。方法回顾性总结和分析国内社区卫生服务发展存在的问题。结果国内社区卫生服务发展存在以下的问题:社会力量主办的社区卫生服务不足,对于发展社区卫生服务的认识不到位,人才培训不到位,缺乏综合竞争实力和社区卫生服务机构服务内容单一。结论加强全科医护人才的培训,提高社区卫生服务机构的服务能力,完善医疗保障制度,促进社区首诊早日实现和尽快全面扩大药品零差价范围等措施以促使社区卫生服务顺利开展,满足广大群众基本的医疗服务需要。
Objective To explore the problems of community health service development and introduce corresponding strategies. Method To summarize and analyze the problems of community health service retrospectively. Result The problems of community health service development are as follow： insufficience of community health service being held by social associations, absence of realizing the importance of community health service and training, and so on. Conclusion To strengthen training of general medical staff, improve the service capability of community health service, and enhance medical support system will accelerate the development of community health service and satisfy people′s basic demand on medical service.
