理想蛋白质氨基酸模式对生长猪生产性能、血清尿素氮及游离氨基酸的影响 被引量:24

摘要 试验选用96头平均体重为(34.5±1.5)kg的杜长大三元杂交猪,随机分为4个处理,每个处理3个重复,在福建养猪实际条件下,研究三种理想蛋白质氨基酸模式(IPAAP)对生长猪生产性能、血清尿素氮及血清游离氨基酸浓度的影响。结果表明,采用Baker的IPAAP配制的低蛋白饲粮饲喂生长猪,其生产性能、血清游离赖氨酸(Lys)和苏氨酸(Thr)浓度显著高于采用NRC的IPAAP、建议的IPAAP配制的低蛋白饲粮及常规的高蛋白饲粮(P<0.05);生长猪生产性能、各种血清游离氨基酸浓度后二者之间差异不显著(P>0.05),前者可以显著降低生长猪血清尿素氮水平(P<0.05)结果表明Baker的IPAAP较适合于生长猪。 Ninety-six growing pigs(Duroc ×Landrace ×Large White,average body weight 34.5±1.5 kg) were randomly allotted to one of the four treatments with 3 replicates in this study,in Fujian physical conditions,three IPAAP were used to research the effects of different IPAAP on performance,serum Urea N and contents free amino acid in growing pigs.The results indicated that,there were significantly higher fed(P0.05)under Baker's IPAAP than those fed under NRC's IPAAP,proposal IPAAP and the normal high-protein diet on the performance,the free lysine,threonine in serum of growing pigs.There were no significant difference(P0.05)on the performance,serum free amino acid among growing pigs fed under NRC's IPAAP,proposal IPAAP and the normal high-protein diet.The serum Urea N of growing pigs was significantly reduced fed low-protein diet(P0.05),based on digestible amino acids of IPAAP,Baker's IPAAP(1992) Could fit growing pigs.
