摘要
由于宏观的社会变革、微观的制度缺失以及主观的认识滞后、客观的投入不足的影响,在导师制教育管理模式下,研究生师生关系出现了师生间情感交流缺失、学术创新受制和师生关系庸俗化等问题。有鉴于此,要改善研究生师生关系,就要进一步优化研究生招生的地域和专业结构,优化研究生教育资源的分配结构,加强研究生的思想引导和研究生师生关系的理论研究,健全导师制运行所需的相关配套政策和制度,提高师生双方的自身素质,促进和谐师生关系的形成。
Some problems, such as lack of emotional communication between teachers and students, restriction of academic innovation and vulgarization of teacher - student relationship, have appeared between the graduate teachers and students on the execution of the tutor system, due to the influence of the macroscopical social changes, microcosmic institutional lacks, subjective recognizing lag, and objective insufficient investment. The graduate teacher-student relationship can be improved from the points of further optimization of the enrollment region and professional structure, reasonableness of the graduate education resource allocation, reinforcement of the ideological guidance and theoretical study, improvement of the mating policies and institutions of the tutor system and advancement of the qualities of both teachers and students.
