摘要
介绍了通过五孔氧枪喷头参数的优化,转炉一次拉碳成功率由88%提高到95%,终点平均磷含量由0.012%降低到0.008%。终点渣样分析,渣中TFe含量由18.5%降到15.3%,一次倒炉P含量受控率达96%,达到了预期的冶金效果。
The parameter of five-hole oxygen lance nozzle optimization was introduced , the optimized lance nozzle shows that the success ratio of one hit for aim carbon content of converter is from 88% to 95% , and P average content at end point decrease from 0. 012% to 0. 008%. The analysis shows that total iron of slag sample decrease from 18. 5% to 15. 3%, P in the sample for once is to 96%, has got a good result.
