摘要 对卢瑟福背散射分析技术中出现散射截面偏离的物理现象进行了研究,并用计算机模拟计算方法对卢瑟福散射进行模拟计算。模拟计算结果表明:卢瑟福散射公式的小角发散由靶原子间互不遮掩的条件不能满足造成,在厚度小到没有遮掩且不发生大量多次散射的情况下,模拟计算结果与卢瑟福散射公式计算的结果一致。 The phenomenon of scattering cross section deviating from Rutherford scattering theory in Rutherford backscattering spectrometry was studied,and Rutherford scattering experiment was conducted by using computer simulation method.The simulation results demonstrate that the reason of small-angle divergence of Rutherford formula is that the condition of target atoms not covering mutually can not be satisfied,and the simulation results and Rutherford formula are same when the thickness of the target is so less that target atoms do not cover mutually and there is no numerous multiple scattering.
