摘要 由于液压波动力的激励,直顶式液压电梯将发生垂直振动。为了分析液压电梯的受迫振动特性,将直顶式液压电梯等效为一自由度弹簧-质量-阻尼系统,建立相应的力学模型、数学模型与仿真模型。以Simulink为仿真软件,对液压电梯的振动过程进行动态模拟。由解析分析及仿真结果可知:液压电梯的振动主要由三部分组成,主要振动形式为稳态强迫振动;为了控制其振动幅度必须控制液压波动力的幅值,而且需要保证液压波动力的频率远离电梯的固有频率。 The hydraulic elevator vibrates because of the excitement from the hydraulic wave force.In order to analyze the forced vibration characteristic of the elevator,the hydraulic elevator was regarded as the single DOF spring-mass-damper system.The corresponding mechanical model,mathematical model and simulation model were established.The vibration course was simulated dynamically using Simulink.It is known from the analytical result and the simulation result that the vibration of the elevator is composed of three components,and stable and forced vibration is its main form.Variation of the amplitude in hydraulic force must be controlled in order to control its vibration amplitude,and the frequency of the hydraulic force must be assured to keep far away from the inherent frequency of the elevator.
