摘要
为改善压紧机构的结构,设计压杆压紧滚柱式超越离合器。在介绍超越离合器结构的基础上,进行超越离合器的优化设计、压杆的设计及超越离合器的比较。压杆压紧滚柱式超越离合器的滚柱数量多,传递转矩大,压杆的重量轻,压杆和星轮易加工,压杆压紧滚柱是一种新的压紧机构。以超越离合器的体积最小为目标函数,进行优化设计。根据压杆的弯曲强度条件,设计压杆的直径。
Overrunning clutch with rollers held down by compressed bars was designed to improve the structure of helddown mechanism. Based on introduce the structure,optimum design of roller overrunning clutch,design of a compressed bar and comparison of roller overrunning clutch were made. Roller quantity of overrunning clutch with rollers held down by compressed bars is more,transmitted torque larger,weigh of a compressed bar lighter,manufacture of a compressed bar and a star-wheels easier. To take minimum volume of roller overrunning clutch as objective function,the optimum design was made. According to the bending strength condition,diameter of a compressed bar was design.
