摘要 提出用AutoLISP语言开发程序,模拟范成法切削,生成齿轮的三维模型。齿轮模型由切削而成,其齿形部分的渐开线和过渡曲线与实际齿轮完全一致。获得的齿轮模型的齿厚可以有最小减薄量,并可对齿轮模型的公法线长度进行测量。 A discussion of using AuotLISP to develop programs and simulation using generation method to cut and generate the 3-D models of gears is presented. The gear models are obtained through cutting,and the involute and the transition curve of tooth profile of the models are identical with those of the real gears. The tooth thickness of the gear models can have minimum reduction,and the base tangent length of the gear model is measurable.
