摘要
通过对传统典型的轴毂联接器结构不足之处分析,并就其渐开线花键承及胀紧联接套载能力进行计算校核,设计了一种新型轴毂复合联接结构。为进一步降低生产成本,提高其互换性,使该结构在更多的领域里获得广泛应用,对该结构系列化问题进行了相应的探讨和分析。
Through analyzing the inadequate of traditional typical structure of the composite hub connection,the calculation and verification on the involute spline expansion and sleeve load capacity are carried out.The new structure type of composite hub connection is designed.To further reduce its production costs,increase their interchange ability,so that the structure of the field in more widespread application,the new type of composite structure shaft couplings serialization of the corresponding is discussed and analyzed.
