摘要
介绍了花都某住宅项目的基础设计过程,在基础形式的选择上比较了预应力管桩基础、冲孔灌注桩基础、CM复合地基的优缺点,以及各种形式对于本项目的适用性,从而确定了合适的基础形式。
It is summarized foundation design of a residential project in Huadu. In the paper, it is compared the advantages and diadvantages of prestressed pipe pile foundation,impact-cone concrete pile foundation and CM composite foundation, for selection of foundation form,and compared the applicability of this project for these three foundation,also chosed the suitable foundation form.
