摘要
呼辽直流工程投运后东北电网"北电南送"的能力将得到加强,但由于呼辽直流工程输送容量大、送端与东北电网联系较弱,当发生严重故障时东北电网存在失去大量电源的可能性,为此应采取有效的频率控制措施来保证系统的安全稳定运行。分析了电力系统功率频率特性,利用PSASP拟合已掌握的实测曲线。校核低频减载方案以及呼辽直流投产后频率安全稳定措施。
After Hulunbuir to Liaoning DC project put into operation, north-to-south power transmission capacity in Northeast Grid would be increased. However because of a large transmission capacity of Hulunbuir to Liaoning DC project, the connecting from the supply end to Northeast Grid is not strong enough. Northeast Grid may loose large quantity power source, when severe fault occurs, so effective measures should be taken to guarantee a safe and stable operation. Power-frequency characteristic in the power system is ana- lysed by creating fit curve obtained with PSASP, verifying under-frequency load shedding and frequency safety measures after the operation.
