摘要
文章介绍退役舰艇通过绿色再制造改装为公务执法船,是解决目前公务执法船严重短缺的最有效途径之一,并指出做好军标和船标的有效融合是此类改装的关键。威海兴海船厂通过精心修造、严细管理,力图打造退役舰艇通过绿色再制造转至公务执法船的精品工程。
One of the most effective ways to get official executing boats, which are deficient at present, is to refit some from retired warships. And the key for such refitting is effective fusion of army sign and vessel sign. This paper tells how the Xinghai Ship yard of Weihai tried to make fine ornaments of official executing boats by refitting retired warships strictly and meticulously.
