摘要
针对企业自主创新能力的评价问题,分析了企业自主创新能力的评价维度,重构了自主创新能力的评价指标体系,建立了企业自主创新能力物元模型,并结合实例运用可拓工程方法对自主创新能力进行评估和分析.通过研究,提出了自主创新潜力、创新资源投入、创新产出能力和创新整合能力4个主要评价维度,设计了包括13个指标的评价指标体系,构建了企业自主创新能力的可拓综合评价模型.可拓综合评价能够得出待评企业自主创新能力的综合水平,并且可以反映待评企业在同一等级上的竞争优势与差别.
There are issues preventing effective assessment of an enterprise's independent innovation ability.To resolve them,the nature of independent innovation ability was analyzed and the standard evaluation index system was redesigned.A matter-element model for evaluating independent innovation ability based on extension engineering was then established,and it was verified by an empirical case.Four main assessment dimensions were proposed,namely independent innovation potential,innovations in resource inputs,innovations in productive capacity and innovations in integration ability.An evaluation system involving 13 indexes was designed.These were the foundations for the new comprehensive extension based evaluation model.Extension integration assessment can not only determine the quality of achievements and resulting competitive advantages of a given objective in the assessment area,but also show the level of integration in its independent innovation ability.
