摘要
高职商务英语教学要以就业为导向,特别要重视实训项目的设置,切实提高学生的职业能力,满足高技能人才培养的需要。而高职学生的英语水平、学习背景、个性兴趣、就业需求等各方面差异都较大,教师应在实训教学中充分关注学生的个体差异,采用差异教学策略,以促进学生最大发展为教学目标,多元化弹性组织教学。
Vocational school＇s business English teaching should be employment oriented and pay special attention to the setting of field training programs, the improvement of students＇ vocational abilities to meet the requirements of higher level talent training. There is a great diversity in vocational school students＇ language level, study background, individual interests, and employment requirement. Therefore, teachers should take this diversity into consideration, and apply difference teaching mode in order to promote students＇ maximum development and organize pluralistic teaching process flexibly.
