摘要
针对在大型计算机应用软件ANSYS中进行有限元分析时存在重复建模的缺点,在ANSYS平台上进行二次开发,利用visual basic 6.0的可视化操作界面,生成ANSYS可以读取并调用的APDL语言,实现参数化建模,从而提高工作效率及计算的准确性.介绍了ANSYS二次开发的一般步骤,结合武钢二热轧实际的连铸热连轧热装热送生产工艺,模拟了铸坯火焰切割完到入加热炉前的温度场应力场,其中温度与现场的实测值基本吻合,为实际生产工艺提供理论依据.
In the ANSYS finite element analysis with large-sized computer there is always a need for repeatedly modeling some similar questions.By using both the ANSYS for a secondary development platform and visual basic 6.0 for a visual operation interface,an APDL language is generated,so that a parametric modeling can be realized,and the efficiency and accuracy of the calculation enhanced.Described in the paper are the general steps of ANSYS secondary development,and the simulation of the temperature-stress fields in the slab from where the flame cutting is completed to the entrance of the heating furnace,on Wuhan Iron and Steel No.2 hot continuous casting and rolling line.The measured temperature was found to be very close to the simulated one,thus providing a theoretical basis for the actual production process.
