依托咪酯复合丙泊酚用于老年患者全麻诱导心血管反应观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的观察依托咪酯复合丙泊酚对老年患者麻醉诱导时的心血管反应。方法 90例ASAⅠ~Ⅲ级择期行全麻手术老年患者随机分为丙泊酚组(A组)、依托咪酯乳剂组(B组)及依托咪酯复合丙泊酚组(C组),观察诱导前、诱导后1 min、插管后即刻、插管后2 min的血压和心率变化。结果麻醉诱导后1min、插管后即刻、插管后2 min A组的血流动力学抑制明显高于B组(p<0.05),但B组的心血管反应明显增加,而C组的心血管反应变化无显著性差异(p>0.05)。结论老年患者麻醉诱导时复合应用依托咪酯和丙泊酚能维持血流动力学稳定。 Objective To observe the cardiovascular responses of anesthesia inducement of etomidate combined with propofol in the elderly.Methods Total 90 ASA gradeⅠ~Ⅲ elderly patients with general anesthesia were randomly divided into three groups of propofol(group A),etomidate(group B) and propofol combined with etomidate(group C).We observed the changes of SBP,DBP and HR before inducement,1 minute after inducement,right time and 2 minutes after intubation.Results There have significant hemodynamics depression in group A at 1 minute after inducement,right time and 2 minutes after intubation(p〈0.05),while patients in group B have strong cardiovascular responses(p〈0.05) and hemodynamics changes in group C have no significant difference(p〉0.05).Conclusion Anesthesia inducement of etomidate combined with propofol can maintain hemodynamics stability in the elderly.
