摘要
目的：观察穴位按摩配合川芎茶调散加减治疗血管性头痛的临床疗效.方法：30例血管性头痛的患者采用穴位按摩配合川芎茶调散加减治疗.结果：显效12例（40.0%）,有效14例（46.67%）,无效4例（13.33%）,总有效率为93.33%.结论：穴位按摩配合川芎茶调散加减治疗血管性头痛疗效显著.
Objective：Observes the acupuncture point massage coordination rhizome of Ligusticum wallichii tea accent to disperse the addition and subtraction treatment vascular headache the clinical curative effect. Methods：30 example vascular headache patient uses the acupuncture point massage coordination rhizome of Li- gusticum wallichii tea accent to disperse the addition and subtraction treatment. Results： Shows results 12 examples （40.0 %）, the effective 14 examples （46.67 % ）, the invalid 4 examples （13.33 %）, the total effectiveness is 93. 33%. Conclusion： The acupuncture point massage coordination rhizome of Ligusticum wallichii tea accent disperses the addition and subtraction treatment vascular headache curative effect remarkable.
