摘要 目的:观察易筋经锻炼对推拿专业学生体质的影响。方法:实验组15人,在上推拿功法课程的基础上坚持易筋经锻炼6个月;对照组15人,不进行易筋经锻炼,但其他条件和练功组组相似。结果:实验组学生体质显著提高,对照组学生体质变化不明显。结论:易筋经锻炼对推拿专业学生的体质有着积极的改善作用,为推拿功法学的课堂教学提供了客观依据,同时也为健身气功易筋经在校园内的普及推广提供了有力证据。 Objective:Yi Jin Jing Exercise on Students of professional massage.Method:experimental group of 15 people in the massage exercises on the basis of course insist Yi Jin Jing Exercise 6 months; control group of 15 people, not the Yi Jin Jing exercises, but the other conditions and practice groups were similar. Results: Students in experimental group significantly increased in the control group did not change significantly Students.Conclusion : Yi Jin Jing exercises on students of massage has a positive improvement in physical role for the massage work Law provides an objective basis for classroom teaching, as well as Health Qigong Yi Jin Jing in the popularization of the campus provides strong evidence.
