摘要
目的:探讨膀胱混合细胞癌的临床特点及诊治方法。方法:回顾性分析45例膀胱混合细胞癌临床资料,总结其性别比、好发部位、临床表现及治疗方法等。结果:膀胱混合细胞癌以男性多见,多发生在膀胱基底部。临床表现多为无痛肉眼血尿者、尿路刺激症状等,术前活检有助于早期诊断。手术治疗是主要治疗方式。结论:膀胱混合细胞癌是一种临床较为少见的膀胱恶性肿瘤,预后极差,其临床特征需要进一步研究。
Objective：To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of the mixed tumor of bladder. Methods：45 paients were retrospectively studied on the review of literatures, including sex ratio, predilection sites, clinical situations and therapies. Results： The mixed tumor of bladder were more common in males than in females and the pre dominant location was basilar part of the bladder. The clinical symptoms including gross hematuria, Urinary irritation symptoms. The preoperative biopsy was beneficial to diagnosis and operation was the major therapy. Conclusions：The mixed tumor of bladder is a tumor of high malignancy and is rare in clinical cases. The prognosis is worse. The clinical features of the mixed tumor of bladder need further investigation.
