摘要
目的 评价经上泪点泪道探针定位法在近泪囊的下泪小管远侧断端探查中的可行性.方 法收集2008年3月至2009年7月就诊的近泪囊的下泪小管断裂患者32例（男29例、女3例）,经上泪点泪道探针定位法探查下泪小管远侧断端,记录探查时间以及远侧断端与探针的位置关系.结果 所有患者经该法均在探针颞侧1～2mm直接找到远侧断端,其中24例探查时间小于2min,6例小于5min.结论 该探查方法操作简单、探查时间短、准确可靠,值得推广.
Objective To evaluate the value of lacrimal probe in searching the medial cut end of inferior canaliculus through the Upper punctual.Methods Thirty-two eyes with inferior canaliculus lacerations as a result of truma were involved in the study.The lacrimal probe was used in searching the medial cut end of inferior canaliculus through the Upper punctual.The time of surgery and the location relation of the lacrimal probe and the medial cut end were measured.Results The medial cut end of inferior canaliculus of 32 patients were all found by this method,which were found 1-2mm near to the probe.The time of surgery was within 2 minutes in 24 patients and within 5 minutes in 6 patients.Conclusions This method in searching the medial cut end of inferior canaliculus is simple and accurate,the surgery time is short.
