摘要
以某工程咨询企业为例,利用SWOT分析方法,对工程咨询企业的内外部发展因素进行了分析,,本着内部资源能力与外部环境匹配和实现相关者的要求和期望的原则,制定了中长期发展战略。
Taking an engineering consulting firm for example and using SWOT analysis method, the internal and external factors of project consulting enterprise are analyzed. Basing on the principle of internal resources and external environment matching and the realization of related parties demand and expectations, the medium and long term development strategy is made.
