摘要
对西瓜光合速率的测定结果表明,2x有籽西瓜与3x无籽西瓜、嫁接西瓜与自根西瓜的光合作用特性无显著差异。西瓜的光合作用表现出前期较弱而后期较强的趋势;不同叶位以距坐瓜节位邻近叶片的光合速率最高,其光合速率日变化呈典型双峰曲线,表现明显的光合午休现象。通过测定光合速率对光强及CO2浓度的响应,应用计算机模拟求得西瓜的光补偿点为55.83μmol/m2·s、光饱和点为1309.38μmol/m2·s,CO2的补偿点为65.48μl/L、饱和点为1516.07μl/L。
Photosynthesis of aspermous watermelon on different growth stages, different leaf position and
diurnal changes of photosynthetic rate, together with the influences of graft, light and CO\-2 on
phtotosynthesis were studied. The result showed that the photosynthetic rate was the highest in
blooming and inflating stages, and it was highest near setting section. The diurnal
photosynthetic rate varied in a double peak curve, reached the first peak at about 11:00, the
second peak at about 15:00. Grafting cant increase its photosynthetic rate except for changing
stage. According to calculation, it was found that the light compensation point was 55.83
mol/m\+2s, the light saturation point was 1 309.38 mol/m\+2s, the CO\-2 compensation point
was 65.48 l/L, and the CO\-2 saturation point was 1 516.07 l/L, in aspermous watermelon.\;
