摘要
目的:观察手术切口脂肪液化应用MEBO联合远红外线治疗的疗效。方法:对自2007年8月至2009年12月的58例腹部手术切口脂肪液化创面应用湿润烧伤膏换药,同时应用远红外线照射治疗,观察创面愈合情况。结果:应用MEBO换药联合远红外线照射治疗后,切口全部愈合。结论:湿润烧伤膏应用于切口脂肪液化的同时联合远红外线照射治疗具有疗效确切、方法简便、临床应用推广价值大等特点。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of MEBO ointment combing with far infrared radiation in treating fat liquefaction of surgery incision. Method ： 58 cases of fat liquefaction of surgery incision in the Center were treated with MEBO Ointment dressing care combing with far infrared radiation from Aug. 2007 to Dee. 2009. Result ： All of surgery in- cision healed. Conclusion： MEBO Ointment combing with far infrared radiation in treating fat liquefaction of surgery incision is a simple operation way with good effect and clinical application value.
