摘要
肝脏为双重血供器官，其血液约25％来自肝动脉、75％来自于门静脉，两者间存在交通，其途径包括肝窦、肝血管、肿瘤内和胆管周围血管丛。肝动脉、门静脉和肝静脉中任何一个血管系统异常均可出现肝脏灌注异常，在CT或MRI检查时表现为异常灌注（hepatic perfusion disorder），多呈局部肝实质一过性异常强化（transient hepatic parenchyma enhancement，THPE），也可表现为静脉血管过早显影及局部低强化等。
