Roles of androgen receptor and Wnt signaling pathway in prostate cancer

摘要 Wnt信号通路的异常激活在大部分肿瘤(如前列腺癌)的发生发展中具有十分重要的作用;前列腺癌的发生发展和雄激素非依赖性前列腺癌(androgen-independent prostate cancer,AIPC)的转化关键在于雄激素受体(androgen receptor,AR),AR信号通路是前列腺癌研究的主要目标。AR信号通路受许多信号通路的影响,本文主要对Wnt信号通路、AR及其相互作用在前列腺癌中的作用作一综述。 Abnormal activation of Wnt signaling pathway plays an important role in the development and progression of prostate cancer; androgen receptor (AR) is the key for the transformation of androgen-independent prostate cancer (AIPC), and AR signaling pathway is now the focus of prostate cancer research. Many signal pathways can affect AR signaling pathway; in this paper we review the Wnt signaling pathway, androgen receptor and their crosstalk in prostate cancer.
