非贵金属铸造卡环比例极限内形变限度的比较研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:比较2种长度3种材料铸造卡环比例极限内的形变限度及其在形变0.25、0.50mm时的加载力。方法:采用成品铸造卡环蜡型经包埋、铸造、喷砂后制得2种长度铸造卡环试件共48个(短臂组24个,长臂组24个),每种长度卡环根据所使用材料不同再分为3小组(纯钛,钴铬合金,Tilite含钛医学合金),每组8个。6组铸造卡环在万能材料试验机上进行加载-形变测试,得到每个卡环的载荷-挠曲曲线及其在比例极限内的形变限度。结果:短臂组和长臂组3种材料卡环的形变限度均不尽相同;3种材料卡环的形变限度,在短臂组均小于长臂组。卡环形变为0.25mm时,短臂组和长臂组3种材料卡环的加载力均不尽相同。卡环形变为0.50mm时,长臂组3种材料卡环的加载力不尽相同。结论:提示在前磨牙,钴铬合金铸造卡环进入倒凹的深度应小于0.25mm,纯钛和含钛医学合金铸造卡环以0.25mm倒凹为宜;在磨牙,钴铬合金和含钛医学合金铸造卡环以0.25mm倒凹为宜,纯钛铸造卡环则适合0.50mm倒凹。 Objective:To investigate the deformation limit of three types of base-metal casting clasps at two lengths in their proportional limit and to compare the force when the clasps were deformed to 0.25 mm and 0.50 mm.Methods:24 short-arm-group clasps and 24 long-arm-group clasps were made from prefabricated clasp wax by investing,casting and sandblasting.Each group was divided into 3 subgroups(n=8)according to different types of metal used(pure titanium,cobalt-chromium alloy and Tilite alloy).The force-deflection curve and the deformation limit of every clasp in its proportional limit were got after the force-deflection test was carried out with an electronic universal testing machine.Results:Both in short arm group and in long arm group the deformation limit of three types of base-metal casting clasps were significantly different.In short arm group all clasps of three types of base-metal showed a less elastic range than that in long arm group.For 0.25 mm deformation,both short arm group and long arm group showed significant differences among the forces of three types of base-metal clasps.For 0.50 mm deformation,the forces of three types of base-metal clasps were significantly different in long arm group.Conclusion:Findings indicate that on premolar the Co-Cr alloy casting clasp is suitable for less than 0.25 mm undercut while the best undercut for pure titanium and Tilite alloy casting clasps is 0.25 mm.On molar,the best undercut for Co-Cr and Tilite alloy casting clasps is 0.25 mm while the pure titanium casting clasp is suitable for 0.50 mm undercut.
