P-t测试仪动态校准研究

摘要 P-t测试仪的动态特性是否符合井下射孔压力信号采集的要求,对测试系统的准确性至关重要。根据校准设备的特性,用激波管作为激励源对压力传感器的动态特性进行分析,给出了动态数学模型,并由此得出动态性能指标;用落锤对压力测试系统的灵敏度进行校准,给出了数据处理方法。提出动态校准结果的动态不确定度,说明物理意义和计算方法。结果表明,该存储测试系统能够精确地记录射孔压力数据,为高质量的打开油气层,进一步研究射孔工艺机理提供理论依据。 The dynamic characteristics of P-t tester whether meet the requirements of downhole pressure data acquisition or not, is very essential to the accuracy of the test system. According to the characteristics of calibration equipment, using shock tube as the excitation source analyzed the dynamic characteristics of pressure sensors, giving dynamic mathematical model, and thus arrive at the dynamic performance index; use a drop hammer to calibrate the sensitivity of pressure test system, data processing methods are given. Shows the physical meaning and the dynamic calculation to uncertainty of dynamic calibration results. The results show that the memory test system can record perforation pressure data accurately, provide a theoretical basis to high-quality open reservoir, and further study the mechanism perforating technology.
