摘要 脓毒症时补体系统过度激活产生大量过敏毒素C5a,C5a与其受体相互作用在脓毒症的发生过程中十分重要,成为研究脓毒症发生机制中的一个新热点. Over activation of complement system results in a mass of anaphylatoxin CSa occurrence in sepsis. The interaction of CSa and its receptor plays an important role in the course of sepsis, as a new hot spot at the pathogenesis of sepsis.
