摘要
本文对喷射混凝土与围岩黏结强度的现行检测方法进行评价,发现现行规范规定的检测方法所得检测结果难以真实反映喷射混凝土与围岩黏结情况。为此,作者研究开发了一种新的检测方法——喷射轴拉法。该方法对试件无损伤,并具有加荷不偏心的保证措施。该方法检测结果能更好地反映喷射混凝土与围岩黏结情况。建议将该方法作为一种新的检测方法纳入规范。
The evaluation on current testing methods of bond strength between shotcrete and surrounding rock shows that the testing results can not completely reflect the binding conditions between shotcrete and surrounding rocks. A new test method, namely spraying and axial pulling method, was developed by the au- thors. The new non-destructive testing method has the guarantee measure for avoiding the occurrence of eccentricity of loading. The test results can well reflect the binding conditions between shotcrete and surrounding rocks. It is suggested that this method should be used as a standard test method.
