摘要
利用虚拟仪器开发软件LabVIEW8.2,结合自行设计的污水中多元素的LIBS检测装置,开发了一套光谱信号测量软件系统。分别对溶液中Na和Cu元素的光谱探测,表明该采集系统能够实现光谱定位、光强信号采集、实时显示、数据快速保存等功能,可以满足LIBS实时在线检测的需求。这些工作将为LIBS技术应用到工业现场控制提供技术支持。
An equipment of Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy was produced for detecting multiple elements in sewage,which program was worked out with LabVIEW8.2.In this paper,the function and flow chart of the program were given.Na and Cu elements in solution were detected respectively by using this equipment.The results showed that the system could realize some functions such as spectra locating,intensity signal collecting,real-time displaying,data saving,etc,and the system could satisfy with LIBS in-situ detecting.These works will provide technical support for industrial control.
