摘要
航空逆变电源是利用电力电子技术,将直流电转换为交流电的设备。飞机上的逆变器是时控组件,需要定时检测,其各项输出指标必须符合ISO1540国际标准要求。本文提出了基于虚拟仪器技术的航空逆变电源输出特性测试系统,阐述了系统的硬件组成及其软件功能模块,并对基于离散傅里叶变换的测量数学模型进行了分析。该测试系统能够实时检测航空逆变电源的电压、频率、波峰系数、波形失真度、相位差等参数。通过对机载和地面逆变电源的测试,结果表明该系统能够实现对逆变电源输出特性的精确测量。该测试系统不仅可以满足民航维修相关测试的需求,而且对开发国内大飞机机载和地面逆变电源的检测平台具有一定的现实意义。
Aircraft inverter converts D.C. power into A.C. power. The output characteristics of inverter must meet the requirements of international standard ISO 1540 and the airworthiness regulation requires the inverter to be tested periodically. This paper presents a measurement system of aircraft inverter output characteristics based on virtual instrument, illustrates its hardware structure and corresponding software function modules, and analyses the measurement mathematical model based on DFT. The system can be used to measure voltage, frequency, crest-factor, waveform distortion, phase displacement of the inverter and etc. Practical test result indicates that high-precision measurement of the inverter output characteristics can be achieved. The system could be used in practical aircraft maintenance and also has great value in the establishment of inverter test platform for the large aircraft development project in China.
