摘要
目的观察苗药金乌健骨汤对甲氨喋呤(MTX)治疗耐药的类风湿关节炎(RA)患者的治疗效果。方法将应用MTX常规治疗超过3个月无效的46例RA患者随机分为两组,治疗组(24例)在原剂量MTX的基础上加服金乌健骨汤;对照组(22例)逐渐递增服用MTX,两组共治疗8周。观察患者临床症状、体征及炎性活动指标等改善情况,并在2个月后评价疗效。结果治疗组临床控显率(54.17%)、总有效率(66.67%)与对照组临床控显率(18.18%)、总有效率(27.73%)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在减轻关节肿胀、疼痛,改善关节功能、降低炎性活动指标等方面治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);但两组VAS治疗后比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论苗药金乌健骨汤能提高MTX耐药RA患者的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the Miao nation traditional medicine Jinwu Jiangu Decoction （Decoction composed of Rhizoma Cibotii and Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii for strengthening bones） on rheumatoid arthritis （RA） with methotrexate resistance.Methods Forty-six RA patients with methotrexate resistance were randomized into a treatment group （24 cases） and a control group （22 cases）. The treatment group was treated with Jinwu Jiangu Decoction and methotrexate. The treatment continued for 8 weeks. The control group was treated only with methotrexate. The clinical symptoms and signs and the improvement of inflammatory indices were observed,and the effect was evaluated two months later.Results In the treatment group,the clinical control and obvious effective rate was 54.17% and the total effective rate was 66.67%,while in the control group,the clinical control and obvious effective rate was 18.18% and the total effective rate was 27.73%,the difference between was significant （P〈0.01）. In relieving the joint swelling and pain,improving the joint functions,and decreasing the inflammatory indices,the treatment group was superior to the control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. There was no significant difference in VAS between groups after treatment.Conclusion The Miao nation traditional medicine Jinwu Jiangu Decoction can significantly improve the effect of RA patients with methotrexate resistance.
