摘要
合成了一种新型的甲醛改性双氰胺水性环氧树脂潜伏性固化剂,对反应条件进行了优化,采用差热分析(DTA)研究了其固化E-51环氧树脂的固化性能,并对其配制的水性环氧涂料的漆膜性能进行了研究。研究结果表明:改性双氰胺固化环氧树脂的固化温度为138℃;其配制的单组分水性环氧涂料乳液稳定性好,以3 000 r/min离心30 min不分层,乳液粒径为0.36μm,室温有4个月的贮存期,该水性涂料漆膜性能优良。
A kind of latent curing agent for waterborne epoxy was synthesized by modifying dicyandiamide with formaldehyde. The modification conditions were optimized and the curing properties of the products were characterized by DTA. A single - component waterborne epoxy emulsion was prepared and the basic properties of its cured film were studied. Results showed that the curing temperature is 138 ℃ when epoxy resin was cured with the synthesized latent curing agent. The particle size of the waterbased epoxy resin e- mulsion is about 0. 36 μm and will not be separated at 3 000 r/min centrifugation for 30 rain and has a storage period up to 4 months at ambient temperature. Its cured paints have good film properties.
