摘要
食品质量追溯是食品质量体系建设的一个重要内容。通过对我国现有食品质量快速溯源系统的分析,指出我国现有食品溯源系统存在的一些问题,如因开发目标和原则不同,溯源信息内容不规范、信息流程不一致、系统软件不兼容,使得溯源信息不能实现资源的共享和交换。据此,可以认为标准化已成为快速溯源系统建立的关键技术和基础,亟需开展标准化的多网络食品质量快速溯源系统研究。
The food quality tracing plays an important role in construction of food quality system.Through analyzing the present food quality quick tracing system in China,some problems existed in the system were pointed out,such as the tracing information can not realize resource sharing and exchanging for the reasons that different between developmental target and principles,nonstandard content of tracing information,incongruous between information and flow,and incompatibility between system and software,etc..Based on these reasons,the standards is the key technology and base for construction of quick tracing system.The researches on standard multi-net food quality quick tracing system desiderate to be conducted.
