摘要
小品种特种油脂大都具有不饱和脂肪酸含量高、脂肪酸组成特殊、富含生理活性物质等特点,因此需采取特殊的加工工艺。对小品种特种油脂工艺设计应注意的一些关键技术及设备进行了介绍,以期推动小品种特种油脂生产工艺的发展。
Most of the small variety of oils(special oils) have the features of containing high unsaturated fatty acids,special fatty acids and rich bio-active substances,so the production process of special edible oils is special.The key technology and equipment in the processing of special edible oils were introduced so as to promote the development of production process of special edible oils.
