摘要
超滤和微滤都是在压差推动力作用下进行的液相分离过程,其本质都是筛孔分离过程,可截留分子质量为100~150ku,对水中的胶体、小颗粒、细菌和部分有机物有很好的过滤效果。结合实际生产中的应用情况,对外压式微滤膜和内压式超滤膜的运行情况进行分析,以供生产单位参考。
UF and MF are all a liquid-phase separation process driven by a pressure difference, of which the essence is a sieve separation process with a cut-off molecular weight from 100 ku to 150 ku. UF and MF are effective in filtration of colloid, particles, bacteria and a part of organics in water. Combined with the actual application, the operations of inside-out MF membrane and outside-in UF membrane are analyzed for reference.
