摘要
在草酸铌水溶液中加入乙二醇制备碳负载的纳米级氧化铌颗粒,采用TG/DSC、FTIR、XRD、HRTEM等研究了反应产物和反应过程。研究表明:Nb2O5·nH2O中同时存在吸附水、结晶水和结构水,且均匀地分布在炭黑表面;反应过程是乙二醇和草酸铌首先形成螯合物,此螯合物在加热条件下分解,分解产物与氨水进行化学反应产生含水氧化铌。
Nano-Nb2O5·nH2O/C was prepared in a mixed solution of glycol and niobium oxalate.The reaction products and reaction process were characterized by TG/DSC,FTIR,XRD and TEM.The results showed that Nb2O5·nH2O which contains adsorbed water,crystal water and structural water was distributed on the surface of C uniformly.The reaction process was niobium oxalate and glycol formed niobium chelate complex,which was decomposed by heating,and then Nb2O5·nH2O was obtained by the reaction of the decomposition product and ammonia.
