摘要
文章结合河北省钢铁行业节能减排工作的现状与成效,剖析了河北省节能减排工作中存在的各种具体问题并提出了加强河北省节能减排工作的相关建议。
Hebei Province is of a major producer of iron and steel and the pressure of energy saving and emission reduction is huge. Through years of hard work, it has made great achievements in related areas, but there are still a lot of problems： improper thinking and understanding, structural unbalance, low concentration, imperfect monitoring system, etc. Resolving these problems requires governments at all levels to transform economic development concept, put energy conservation as the priority in economic development, utilize resources in a comprehensive way, vigorously develop circular economy in iron and steel industry, strengthen monitoring, evaluation and implementation of the accountability system for energy conservation, promote the use of mature technology in energy saving and emission reduction and develop new technologies.
