摘要
目的调查临床护士对优质护理的认知现状,并比较不同学历、职称、工作年限护士对优质护理观点的异同,以帮助提高护士对优质护理的认知,为护理管理者了解临床护士优质护理的观点进而制定相应的管理决策提供依据。方法采用护士优质护理观点测评表和一般资料问卷对108名护士进行调查并分析结果。结果护士在工作态度这一维度上得分率最高为86.15%,而优质护理先提条件这一维度的得分率最低为81.03%;不同学历、职称护士对优质护理总分及6个维度(护士的工作态度、专业技术和能力、优质护理的先提条件、病区环境、护理操作是否及时以及与患者家属的合作性)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05),而不同工作年限护士在总分和6个维度评分比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论临床护士认为工作态度是优质护理中最重要的,而对优质护理先提条件这一客观因素认识不足,工作年限对护士的优质护理观点的认知有影响。应采取针对性管理措施端正护士对优质护理的观点,从而为患者提供满意的服务。
Objective To investigate nurses' cognition of high-quality care,and to compare the differences in and agreement with the cognition among nurses with different educational levels,technical titles,length of service,and to provide information for nurse managers to understand nurses' cognition of high-quality care and take measures.Methods A questionnaire in terms of nurses' cognition of high-quality care and a questionnaire concerning nurses' demographic data were used to investigate 108 nurses.Results The scoring rate was the highest(86.15%)in the dimension of working attitude,and the lowest(81.03%)in the dimension of precondition of high-quality care.There were no significant differences in the scores of six dimensions(working attitude,professional skills and ability,precondition of high-quality care,environment of the ward,in time nursing procedures,cooperation of patients' family members)and the total score among nurses with different educational levels and technical titles(P〈0.05 for all).Nurses with different lengths of service had significantly different scores of six dimensions and the total score(P〈0.05 for all).Conclusion Most nurses give most weight to working attitude,but they have poor cognition on precondition of high-quality care.Lengths of service exerts certain impact on nurses' cognition.Measures should be taken to correct nurses' cognition on high-quality care so as to provide satisfactory service for patients.
