从系统角度探讨人力资本投资风险的规避

摘要 当今各种类型的组织都已认识到人力资本投资的重要性,纷纷进行投资,希望构建组织优质的人力资本,以提高组织的竞争力。然而组织人力资本投资后并没有达到预期效果,人力资本投资存在着风险。过去对人力资本投资风险规避的研究,多数是在风险产生原因分析和风险分类的基础上进行的,本文则是从系统的角度入手,从完善组织的制度系统、利益系统、文化系统、感情系统及控制系统,构建组织人力资本投资风险规避系统,增强组织规避风险的能力等方面,提出了一系列人力资本投资风险规避的对策。 Nowadays, the various types of organizations, which have realized the importance of human capital investment, make the investment one after another and hope to establish high-class human capital to improve organizations' competence. However, the human capital investment didn't achieve the desired effect because there are risks in humancapital investment. Most of the past researches on the risk aversion for human capital investment have been made based onthe analysis on risk causes and risk classification. Starting from systematic perspective, this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures for the risk aversion for human capital investment from the aspects of perfecting organization's institutional system, benefits system, cultural system, emotional system and control system, constructing and organizing the risk aversion system for human capital investment, and strengthening the organization's risk aversion ability, etc.
