乙烯利诱导菠萝[Ananas comosus(L.)Merril]花芽分化过程与内源激素的关系 被引量:21

摘要 以14月龄的无刺卡因品种为试材,研究乙烯利诱导菠萝花芽分化过程中茎尖及D叶中内源激素含量的动态变化。结果表明:乙烯利处理促进了菠萝植株内源C2H4和ABA的生成,同时降低了GA3、IAA及ZT水平,促成了菠萝花芽分化,但是乙烯利处理并不影响进入小花分化期后C2H4的释放;花芽开始分化后,C2H4和ABA水平下降,GA3、IAA、ZT水平升高,说明高水平的C2H4和ABA及较低水平的GA3、IAA、ZT有利于菠萝的成花,而较高的GA3、IAA、ZT及低水平的C2H4、ABA有利于菠萝小花的分化和发育。 The variation and the ratios of five endogenous hormones in both the stem tissue and the D leaf throughout inflorescence induction and differentiation in pot-grown 14-month-old Smooth Cayenne pineapple were studied.Results showed that ethrel promoted the endogenous C2H4 dramatically and enhanced the level of ABA,inhibited the formation of IAA,ABA and ZT,which led to the transition of vegetative growth to inflorescence initiation.During the differentiation,the content of C2H4 and ABA declined but the content of IAA,ABA and ZT increased,which indicated that low contents of IAA and GA3 facilitated flower initiation,high contents of ZT,IAA and GA3 had positive effects on floral organs differentiation and formation.
