摘要
尿酸是嘌呤的代谢终产物,主要以原形经肾小球滤过,肾小管重吸收和再分泌,最后通过尿液排出体外,极少部分可由肠系膜细胞分泌入肠腔中。尿酸在机体内的作用具有双重性。一方面,尿酸是体内的氧自由基的清除剂,对细胞起保护作用;另一方面,可产生促氧化作用,高尿酸可促进LDL氧化,增加脂质过氧化、氧自由基生成等。随着经济迅速发展,生活水平的提高,社会人口老龄化,老年高尿酸血症和糖尿病的患病率在逐年增加,影响人们的生活质量,威胁着人类健康长寿,值得重视,应积极防治。本文就人肾脏尿酸的转运机制、转运体的机制及其与糖尿病关系的研究进展,作一综述。
The uric acid is the metabolic end product of purine that main filtrated form glomerula as prototype and discharged through urine after reabsorbed and resecreted at tubular.Seldomly part of them was secreted into intestineal cavity.It has dualism actions in body,one is mundificant for oxygen free radical to protect cell and the other it has oxygenation that could improve the LDL oxadated to improve lipid peroxidation and OFR.With ecomonics development,life level improved and aging in society,the incidences of senile hyperuricemia and diabetes increases year by year those affect life quality and threaten life span.These disease should be prevented actively.This paper had summarized the progressive study on relationship of uric acid and diabetes in uric acid transportation,its mechanism.
