摘要
用La(NO3)3处理液体培养的发菜细胞,研究镧对发菜细胞的生长及氨基酸成分的影响。结果表明,浓度为1~200mg·L-1的La(NO3)3均能促进发菜细胞的生长,以100mg·L(-1)La(NO3)3作用最明显,对A(670)值及干重的促进百分率分别为64.9%及61.1%。La(NO3)3还能影响发菜细胞部分氨基酸的含量,200mg·L(-1)La(NO3)3处理发菜细胞,其天冬氨酸和谷氨酸含量比对照分别降低59.9%和57.9%,而脯氨酸含量比对照高24.5%。关键词:##4稀土;;硝酸镧;;发菜细胞;;
The effects of La3+ on the culture and the contents of amino acids of NoS toe communeflagelliforme cells were studied. It is indicated from the results that La(NO3)3 with the concentration from I mg·L- 1 ~ 200 mg·L- I stimulates the growth of NoStoc commune flagelliforme cells cultured in the liquid medium, in which l(X) mg' L- 1 La(NO3)3 obviously stimulates A 67o and dry weight by 64. 9% and 61. 1 % resistively and that La(NO3 )3 can also affectthe contents of several kinds of amino acids of NOS toe commune flagrlliforme cells. Comparedwith the reference samples the contents of aspartic acid and glutamic acid in NOStOC communeflagrlliforme cells with the treatment of 200 mg. L- I La(NO3 )3 decreases by 59 .9% and57. 9%, respectively, but that of proline increases by 24. 5 %.
