摘要
将间接边界元法(IBEM)应用于离心泵叶轮的三元流动计算,建立了离心泵叶轮的三元流动数学模型,提出了具体的计算方法,并用C++语言编制了实用的计算分析软件和图形显示软件。以16SA9型双吸离心泵为例,对其叶轮流道进行了计算,为旧泵叶轮改造提供了依据。
The author applies the Indirect Boundary Element Method (IBEM) to calculate the flow field of 3 dimensional potential flow inside impellers of centrifugal pumps, sets up its mathematical model and develops concrete computing methods. The programs in C++ for computing and graph showing are provided. Taking 16SA 9 centrifugal pump as an example, the author calculated its impeller's internal flow by above methods, and analyzed the result. The method is proved to be right and effective. It gives some references and advice for improving old impellers and helps to design new impellers.
