摘要
目的探讨创伤性连枷胸合并血胸的外科治疗。方法回顾性分析我科2007年5月至2009年6月收治的61例连枷胸合并血胸的临床资料。结果治愈60例(98.4%),随访肺功能无明显受损;死亡1例(1.6%)合并创伤性夹层动脉瘤破裂死亡。结论连枷胸合并血胸应采取综合治疗措施。在保持呼吸道通畅,抗休克的基础上,及早恢复胸廓的骨架结构,必要时开胸探查,尽早最大限度地恢复肺功能。
Objective To evaluate the surgical therapy of flailchest and hemothorax.Methods The clinical data of 61 cases with flail chest and hemothorax from May.2007 to June.2009 were studied retrospectively.Results Sixty cases were cured（98.3%）,there was not obvious pulmonary dysfunction during the followed-up,1 cases died of the rupture of dissecting Aneurysm（1.7%）.Conclusion Integrative therapy should be taken for flail chest and hemothorax.Based on the treatment of countershock and retaining respiratory tract easy and smooth;to repair thoracic skeleton early and exploratory thoracotomy necessarily are also important.thus the pulmonary function can be recovered maximatily as early as possible.
